Source and implementation record
Inward Atlas reviewed ICAR as a possible open cognitive source but did not reproduce ICAR items because current distribution/licensing signals are not clean enough for a future commercial consumer product. These 24 text-only items and answer keys were written specifically for Inward Atlas.
Limitations shown with the assessment
- This is an original, unnormed reasoning challenge, not a validated IQ, aptitude, admissions or employment test.
- Scores are percent-correct on this specific 24-item set and four six-item sections. They are not population percentiles.
- Small section differences are imprecise because each section contains only six items.
- Do not use this result for education placement, hiring, diagnosis, disability assessment, or other high-stakes decisions.
Implementation notes
- Six items score into each of four sections.
- Each item has exactly one option keyed 1 and three options keyed 0.
- Section percentages are percent-correct on six items; one item changes a section score by approximately 16.7 percentage points.
