Who operates this service
Inward Atlas is operated by an independent developer. By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or make a purchase.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Inward Atlas. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement. The service is available globally, subject to applicable export and sanctions restrictions.
Purpose of the service
Inward Atlas provides educational and self-reflection assessments. Unless a specific instrument expressly states otherwise, results are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, employment or other professional advice.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for using an account you are authorized to access. Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, interfere with the service or access another person's reports.
Assessment results
Results describe responses to a particular set of questions at a particular time. They do not define a person, guarantee an outcome or replace qualified professional evaluation.
An expanded report may contain AI-assisted language based on deterministic report facts. It remains an educational self-reflection aid, may contain errors, and should be checked against your lived context rather than treated as a diagnosis, professional judgment or prediction.
Invitation credits
During the referral experiment, an eligible signed-in account may receive one assessment credit when a genuinely new user joins through its invitation link and completes a first valid assessment. Registration or sign-in alone does not qualify. There is no fixed limit on valid rewards. A credit earned by a Lifetime Access account is recorded but does not change or extend its already-unlimited assessment access.
Self-referrals, duplicate or automated accounts, attempts to bypass usage limits and other invalid activity do not qualify. Inward Atlas may withhold or reverse a credit affected by abuse, duplicate attribution or platform error. The experiment may be changed, limited or ended before general release; already validly consumed credits will not be retroactively charged.
Inward Atlas Plus — Lifetime Access
“Lifetime Access” is the product name for a one-time purchase with no recurring subscription, renewal or automatic billing. It grants unlimited use of the Plus features included at purchase, and updates to those included features, for as long as Inward Atlas continues to operate the service and your account remains in good standing. It does not promise that every future product, service or separately priced feature will be included.
Because Plus is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. No refunds are provided except where required by applicable law. See the Refund policy for details.
Prices are displayed at checkout by Dodo Payments, the merchant of record. The displayed total, including any applicable taxes, is the amount you will be charged.
Intellectual property
Assessment content, scoring algorithms, report text and the Inward Atlas brand are the intellectual property of the operator. Your personal report data belongs to you; you may export or delete it at any time through your account.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Inward Atlas is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Governing law
The governing law and forum are those applicable to the operator identified in the checkout and business records, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. This clause does not remove rights that cannot legally be waived.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
