No refunds
Inward Atlas Plus grants immediate access to the Plus features described at checkout under the Lifetime Access terms. Because the product is a digital good delivered instantly, purchases are generally final and refunds are not ordinarily provided.
If applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction requires a refund right that cannot be waived, that law prevails over this policy.
Duplicate or erroneous charges
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or if a charge appeared that you did not authorize, please contact us promptly. We will investigate and correct any confirmed billing error.
Email support@inwardatlas.com with the transaction reference shown by Dodo Payments. Do not include your full card number.
Chargebacks and disputes
If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed and resolved in the buyer's favor, Plus access will be revoked. Fraudulent chargeback activity may result in permanent account suspension.
Payment provider
All payments are processed by Dodo Payments as the merchant of record. Dodo Payments handles tax collection and remittance where required.
